Welcome to Celeri 👋🏽 – a smarter payment solution in partnership with LetME!

We’re excited to introduce you to Celeri, a modern payroll system designed to make your life easier. Through our collaboration with LetME, you’ll receive your salary on a weekly basis and have full access to your hours and earnings—anytime, anywhere—via the Celeri app and web portal.

With Celeri, you get:

📱 Full visibility of your hours and earnings – on both app and desktop

Important: LetME runs salary every Monday, and you will receive your salary on Tuesday. Make sure your profile is completed by Sunday at the latest. If your information is missing, we unfortunately can’t process your salary.

Get started in 4 steps:

Step 1: Look for an email from LetME and Celeri
You should have received an email from LetMe and Celeri with an invitation to create your profile.
🔎Can’t find the email? Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder. Or request a link to create a password here - the email is already assosiated with your LetME profile. If your profile is not immideately assosiated with LetME, please contact them to get an invitation.

Step 2: Set your password
Click the link in the email and choose a password. This gives you access to your personal Celeri account.

Step 3: Complete your profile
Fill in the required information:

National ID number (fødselsnummer)
Birth Date
Gender
Address
Bank account number (with SWIFT code and your address abroad if you're using an international bank account)

 📌 Important: If you don’t complete your profile, we can’t process your salary.

Step 4: You're all set!
Once your profile is complete, you’ll get full access to the Celeri platform. You can:

Check your payment history and see a breakdown of your pay for each shift approved by LetME.
What about tax and payslips? Although you’re paid weekly, tax reporting to the government is still carried out on a monthly basis. You’ll receive a monthly payroll document that summarizes all transactions for each completed period. LetME processes monthly payroll on the 15th of each month, and your official payslip will be available the same day in your Celeri account.
