  • Communications: Information you give us when you have contact with our customer center, such as emails sent between us.

  • Website usage information: Information we receive when you use our website and app, such as the type of device you have (e.g., mobile or PC), IP address, the pages you visit, and the features you use there.

  • Information from partners: Information we receive from our partners, such as [xxx]. The partners provide us with information about the theatre performances, concerts, cinemas, and other shows you have visited.

This may include consulting services or service providers, so that they can send you recommendations and information relevant to you, or so that they can carry out their own market analysis and service development.


We use IT service providers outside the EEA. If we transfer personal data from the EEA, we ensure that privacy is protected by entering into agreements. You can request more information or a copy of the security mechanisms we use to secure the transfer of information.


We may also share anonymized information with partners for purposes such as market analysis and service development.


How Long Do We Store Personal Information?

We will only store information about you for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or if we are obliged to store the information. The information will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose. Below is an overview of how long we store your information:


  • Information about you: If you have a user account with us, we will delete the information when you cancel the user account or if you have been inactive for more than 12 months.

  • Purchase information: If you have a user account with us, we will store your history for 12 months in your user profile. We will delete your card number three months after the performance took place, unless you ask us to save the information for your next purchase. We store transactions and payment details for 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

  • Website usage information: We store information about your use of our websites for up to 6 months.

  • Information from partners: We store all information from partners for as long as you have an active user account with us or for as long as you have consented. We will delete the information if you cancel the user account or if the user account has been inactive for 12 months.

  • Communications: We keep communications with our customers for three years, unless we need to keep them for longer, for example in connection with complaints or claims.

  • Profile information: If you have a user account with us, we delete the information when you cancel the user account or when the user account has been inactive for more than 12 months. We will delete the information earlier if you object to being profiled.
