With a background as a commercial leader in companies such as Munu, Neonomics, and Zwipe, Ado brings solid international experience from the fintech and HORECA industries.
At Munu, he helped build one of the Nordic region’s fastest-growing companies within hospitality tech – experience that gives him a unique understanding of how technology, operations, and payroll flow together in the restaurant and hospitality sector. In an industry characterized by rapid shifts, tight liquidity, and high efficiency requirements, Ado clearly saw how flexible payment and payroll solutions could improve both operations and employees’ day-to-day lives.
This insight will be central as Celeri now strengthens its position in the HORECA and staffing markets, with the ambition to build better tools for both employees and employers.
