Personal data is information and opinions that can be linked to an identifiable individual. For example, it may include name and contact details, purchase history, or information about interests. The use of personal data must comply with the Personal Data Act. We, as the data controller, will ensure that we use personal data about you in accordance with the law.
We share personal information with companies that provide technical and administrative services to us, such as IT service providers. We have contracts with these to ensure your privacy.
We may disclose information in individual cases, for example to the authorities, in case of suspected crime.
If you consent, we may share your personal information with our partners as described in your consent. This may include consulting services or service providers, so that they can send you recommendations and information relevant to you, or so that they can carry out their own market analysis and service development.
We use IT service providers outside the EEA. If we transfer personal data from the EEA, we ensure that privacy is protected by entering into agreements. You can request more information or a copy of the security mechanisms we use to secure the transfer of information.
We may also share anonymized information with partners for purposes such as market analysis and service development.
